cdabe8fd9e - Create optional with ~ instead of ?. return io::EOF?; becomes return io::EOF~.

efaac43248 - Virtual memory library. 
- New virtual emory arena allocator.
- Fixed resize bug when resizing memory down in ArenaAllocator, DynamicArenaAllocator, BackedArenaAllocator.
- Added feature flag "SLOW_TESTS"
