- Change distinct -> typedef.

- Order of attribute declaration is changed for `alias`.
- Added `LANGUAGE_DEV_VERSION` env constant.
- Rename `anyfault` -> `fault`.
- Changed `fault` -> `faultdef`.

- Remove `[?]` syntax.
- Change `int!` to `int?` syntax.

`Thread` no longer allocates memory on posix.
