- `$for` "()" replaced by trailing ":" `$for (var $x = 0; $x < FOO; $x++)` -> `$for var $x = 0; $x < FOO; $x++:`
- `$switch` "()" replaced by trailing ":" `$switch ($Type)` -> `$switch $Type:`
- Empty `$switch` requires trailing ":" `$switch` -> `$switch:`
